No product reaches your shelf on a promise. Before we produce, we build prototypes and put them through in-house performance and safety testing against the parameters defined in IS 5405, the Indian Standard for sanitary napkins. You see the data, you hold the sample, and only your sign-off moves it to production. This is where quality stops being a claim and becomes a measurement.
We convert the engineered design into physical samples — real materials, real construction, at productionrepresentative settings — so what you approve is what you receive
how much fluid the core holds.
how fast fluid is drawn away from the surface.
how dry the surface stays under pressure after absorption.
resistance to leak-back when the user sits or moves (post-absorption pressure resistance).
positioning and wing hold.
conformance to spec, and freedom from lumps or foreign matter
Because these products contact sensitive skin, IS 5405 sets safety criteria we verify: pH value for skin compatibility, microbial / bioburden limits (bacterial and fungal), and biocompatibility of raw materials. We also run stability checks so performance holds across the product's shelf life.
You receive samples and results together. Nothing enters production without your documented approval — a control that protects your brand and removes your risk.
In-house against IS 5405 parameters — absorbency, strike-through, rewet, retention under pressure, pH, microbial bioburden and dimensional conformance — with buyer approval before production.
IS 5405 is the Bureau of Indian Standards specification for disposable sanitary napkins, covering materials, performance and safety. ISI/BIS certification to it is mandatory for sale in India.
Always. Production begins only after you evaluate the physical samples and test data and sign off.
